The Rennerdale Volunteer Fire Department is excited to announce our 2nd Annual Fishing Derby and Block Party, a community event that celebrates the spirit of Rennerdale and supports our vital services. This year's event promises to be even bigger and better than last year, filled with family-friendly activities, delicious food, and, of course, a fantastic fishing competition!

We are reaching out to you today to invite you to partner with us in making this event a resounding success. Your support, whether through vendor participation, donations, or sponsorships, will directly contribute to the Rennerdale Volunteer Fire Department's ability to serve and protect our community.

Event Details:

• Event: 2nd Annual Fishing Derby and Block Party
• Location: Rennerdale Volunteer Fire Department Grounds
• Date: September 7th, 2025
• Time: 10am-4pm
• Activities: Fishing derby (for all ages/time slots), food vendors, music, children's activities, raffles, and more!

How You Can Help:

Vendors: We invite local businesses and craft vendors to showcase their products and services at our block party. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with hundreds of community members and support a worthy cause. Vendor fees will apply.

Donations: We welcome donations of any size to help offset the costs of the event, including:

• Prizes for the fishing derby (e.g., fishing gear, gift certificates)
• Items for raffles and silent auctions
• Monetary contributions for event expenses (e.g., food, entertainment, supplies)

Sponsors: We offer various sponsorship levels with benefits that include:
